The Management Team at Community SeniorServ is a group of highly dedicated and experienced professionals that works hard everyday to provide quality programs and services for frail, older adults in Orange County.

Community SeniorServ has 109 full-time employees and 23 part-time employees serving our clients.

Phil Beukema VP Development & Communications  Joined Community SeniorServ in May of 2008 Responsible for all fund raising and communications activities Enjoys spending time with family, sports, exercise, movies and travel

Jack McElvein VP Food Services & Sales Joined Community SeniorServ in June of 2010 Responsible for running all aspects of the Central Kitchen and CSS Foods Enjoys spending time with family, gardening and outdoor activities

Gio Corzo VP Home & Care Services Joined Community SeniorServ in May of 2009 Responsible for the overall operation of the Adult Day Services, Home Services & Care Transitions  Enjoys travel, exercise, music and driving

Shannon Buhrmaster Director of Outreach & Marketing Joined Community SeniorServ in February of 2009 Responsible for marketing and community outreach   Enjoys creative design, art, spending time with her son Gabriel, and her mini Schnauzer "Security"
