Management Staff

The Management Team at Community SeniorServ is a group of highly dedicated and experienced professionals that works hard everyday to provide quality programs and services for frail, older adults in Orange County.

Community SeniorServ has 109 full-time employees and 23 part-time employees serving our clients.

Holly Hagler
President & Chief Executive Officer

  • Joined SeniorServ in May 2010
  • Responsible for all facets of Community SeniorServ’s operations
  • Board Member of the National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Providers

Jane Roth 
VP Finance & Controller 

  • Joined SeniorServ in January of 2011
  • Responsible for financial statements, internal controls, and cash flow
  • Enjoys family, friends and playing golf 

Darla Olson
VP Advancement

  • Joined SeniorServ in July of 2014
  • Responsible for fund development, corporate and community relations, marketing, branding and communications, and volunteer services
  • Enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking and listening to live music of multiple genres


 Gio Corzo
 VP Home & Care Services

  • Joined SeniorServ in May of 2009
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the Adult Day Services, Home Services & Care Transitions 
  • Enjoys travel, exercise, music and driving

Charmaine O’Neill
Assistant Kitchen Director 

  • Joined SeniorServ in August of 1999
  • Responsible for daily kitchen operations
  • Enjoys travel, weekend walks with family and gambling

Jose Martinez
Senior Purchaser / Production Specialist 

  • Joined SeniorServ in July of 1989
  • Responsible for purchasing of all food and supplies for meals, scheduling food production
  • Enjoys sports, going to Las Vegas and spending time with my wife and our 7 cats

Susan Papiri
Senior Director Community Relations

  • Joined SeniorServ in November of 2012
  • Responsible for broadening the base of support for SeniorServ
  • Enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in community theater

Pat Stewart
Program Manager
Adult Day Care Center, Buena Park 

  • Joined SeniorServ in November of 1994
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the Adult Day Care Center
  • Enjoys playing softball, classic rock & country music and spending time with my family

Senior Director Social Services

  • Joined SeniorServ in March of 2007
  • Responsible for our Senior Lunch Program, Meals on Wheels, case management, supportive services and transportation programs
  • Enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling
