Holiday Gift Program

Results of the 2011 Holiday Gift Campaign

Thanks to the support of hundreds of individuals and contributors from 23 different organizations coming together, 2011 was the biggest year in the history of Community SeniorServ’s gift program, benefiting over 1,100 homebound seniors and day care participants with an estimated value of $37,000 in gifts. Gifts ranged from gift cards to personalized gifts and included items as large as refrigerators, beds, wheelchairs, electric scooters and dentures.  For many, this was the only gift they received this season.

The amazing results of the holiday gift program are truly a testament to the compassion and commitment of Orange County residents to the well being of homebound seniors in their community.  Thank you to everyone who contributed.
