CSS Promotes Gio Corzo to VP of Home & Care Services

Community SeniorServ Promotes Giovanni Corzo to Vice President Giovanni (Gio) Corzo has been promoted to Vice President, Home and Care Services of Community SeniorServ Where he now leads the organization’s three Adult Day Services facilities and oversees its Meals on Wheels & Case Management Services. He also is launching the the organizatoni’s Care Transitions Services designed to help hospitals, medcial providers and insurers dramatically reduce the cost new programs. 

Gio joined the staff at Community SeniorServ two years ago as Director of the Santa Ana Adult Day Health Care Center “Gio has led a remarkable turnaround of the facility,” said CEO Holly Hagler “ Gio has also served as Treasurer on the Orange County Adult Day Health Care Coalition and has advocated for the continuance of Adult Day Service programs in Orange County and Sacramento. “Gio’s prior experience with for-profit Adult Day Health Care centers and his Masters degree in Public Health from UCLA have been great assets, helping him combine an entrepreneurial and bottom-line orientation with a genuine passion for the well-being of the older adults and families that we serve” said Hagler. “I am delighted with this opportunity to develop an innovative and holistic approach to improving the well-being and dignity of those we serve,” said Corzo. 

Community SeniorServ is the largest senior nutrition provider in Orange County and the State of California. In addition to its nutrition programs Community SeniorServ also provides its participants with case management services and in-home supportive services as needed. Community SeniorServ also operates three Adult Day Care Centers in the county.
