Renick Subaru in Fullerton Partners with Community SeniorServ to Share the Love

Community SeniorServ, Orange County’s largest Meals on Wheels provider, has teamed up with Renick Subaru to promote the Subaru’s national “Share the Love” event.

When consumers purchase a new Subaru during the “Share the Love” event, Subaru will donate $250 to one of five designated charities, including the Meals on Wheels Association of America.

Community SeniorServ will join Renick Subaru to highlight the “Share the Love” event on Tuesday, December 20th at noon at the dealership located at 1100 S. Euclid Street in Fullerton.

“We are looking forward to working with Community SeniorServ to deliver gifts to our local seniors. We hope this event will bring greater awareness to the loving deeds performed by Meals on Wheels volunteers.” commented Leonard Renick, Owner, Renick Subaru.

Ten of the dealer’s local Subaru owners will have their cars designed and painted to deliver the holiday gifts to the Meals on Wheels seniors.

“Over the next ten years, baby boomers will form a ‘Silver Tsunami’ that will overwhelm traditional community resources, especially for lower income seniors,” said Community SeniorServ’s CEO, Holly Hagler.  “We welcome community partnerships as we develop innovative, lower cost solutions that help older adults remain in the community as they age.”
