Eloisa and Luis

Both 79 year old Eloisa and her husband Luis have been receiving MOW since 2005.  Luis is experiencing the advanced stages of Parkinson’s Disease.  They are facing extreme financial challenges and have difficulty paying rent and utilities.  They are in need of a new Refrigerator to keep their Meals on Wheels fresh.
