Thousands of older adults in Orange County struggle with hunger, malnutrition, and isolation. Grocery shopping and meal preparation are very difficult, and often they don’t have family or friends available to help.

That’s why we’re here! Our volunteers and staff deliver three nutritious, heart-healthy meals a day, five days a week, along with a friendly smile and SO MUCH MORE.

For more than 55 years, Meals on Wheels Orange County has reduced hunger and isolation for older adults in our community. Meals, Adult Day Services, Friendly Visitors, and other resources provide much-needed nutrition, meaningful connection, and improved wellness—ultimately allowing many to continue living in the homes and communities they love.
